Mr. Episcope has extensive experience in representing seriously injured individuals and their families who are victims of defective products, medical malpractice, vehicle/trucking collisions, wrongful death, premises liability, construction injuries, and civil rights violations. Mr. Episcope has successfully litigated all types of cases and has received on behalf of his clients many multimillion dollar jury verdicts and settlements. Mr. Episcope sat on the Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Pattern Jury Instructions for 14 years. Mr. Episcope has lectured and taught trial technique courses and is commonly quoted on television, public radio, and in the written media. Mr. Episcope is a member of the Leading Lawyer’s Network, the top 5% of all Illinois attorneys, and is annually nominated as an Illinois Super Lawyer in the field of Personal Injury.
