After graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law with honors in 1998, Mr. Jones began his legal career on the defense side of personal injury cases. During his first eight years of practice, he worked as a defense lawyer defending individuals and corporations in a variety of personal injury matters.
In 2006, Mr. Jones switched sides when he joined Paul B. Episcope, LLC and began representing injured individuals and their families in personal injury matters. His prior experience as a defense lawyer allows him to bring to the table extensive knowledge as to the defense tactics employed by insurance companies and their lawyers in defending claims.
This “insider” knowledge makes Mr. Jones a real asset to his clients when pursuing their personal injury claims and maximizing recovery on their behalf. Over the course of his 11 year legal career, Mr. Jones has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict on both the plaintiff’s and defense sides.
